Ten locations in Vienna showcase Arthur Schnitzler, Hugo von Hofmannsthal, and other literary figures of the Viennese Modern era in completely different biographical and cultural historical contexts. To kick things off, the arcaded courtyard of Café Central is dedicated to the special significance of the coffeehouse for the Young Viennese. The exhibitions were coordinated and largely curated by the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Biography History and Theory.
